A large deity murti of Malayappa Swami, decorated with flowers, garlands and a green and gold cloth, is carried on a palanquin under a white fringed canopy and a red patterned umbrella. A man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala walks beside the palanquin, and a bearer in blue stands on the right. Dense crowds of devotees in orange shawls and orange caps sit on the ground on both sides, with a woman in a white top at left and a person in a grey cap in the lower right.
