A photograph taken at sunset on a river. In the foreground, a rower in a dark shirt stands and pulls an oar on a wooden boat, while two or three seated passengers sit at the left edge. On the right, a longer wooden boat with a small red flag carries a group of about a dozen people standing and sitting along its length in silhouette. No individual can be clearly identified from their appearance, and no clearly visible candidate for a person is present.
