A close-up photograph of a steel buffet tray line serving food. In the foreground a steel tray holds a mound of plain white cooked rice. Behind it, a tray contains orange-yellow spiced rice or vegetable dish, and a gloved hand holding a serving spoon is visible at the upper left. No people's faces are visible and no one is seated or standing in the frame. Water droplets dot the clear plastic tray covers. The setting appears to be an annadan style food service line.
