A photograph of a Nithya Kriya yoga class, rotated sideways, in a hall with blue, purple and pink padded mats along the walls and floor. A man in a white shirt and white trousers, with a rudraksha mala around his neck and a sacred ash mark on his forehead, leans into a wide-legged side stretch with one arm extended. Behind him a man in a dark t-shirt and navy track pants is stretched out on the mat, and another man in a white shirt and checked trousers is stretched out at the top of the frame beside a red curtain. Their feet and arms are visible as they hold the poses.
