A procession at a riverside event under a hazy pale sky. Orange flags with a small blue-and-white emblem fly from tall poles, and ornate red-and-gold pennant banners with round medallions are carried by people. On the left, a decorated float with a gilded canopy carries a figure, and a red-and-gold ceremonial chariot is visible behind a row of red and yellow barrier posts. Participants wear white and orange clothing, including a man in an orange turban and white kurta at center. At right, a large white banner printed with a portrait of a man with long dark hair in saffron-coloured clothing is held aloft by a man in white. Several people in white and orange, some barefoot, stand along the crowd barrier, while others in dark and yellow clothing watch from the right edge.
