A large dark grey stone Shiva lingam is decorated with a yellow and red marigold garland wrapped around its base and dome, and fresh rose petals scattered over its top. White horizontal tripundra lines and a white dot mark its front. A standing figure in an orange-saffron robe on a metal railed platform at left throws petals with outstretched arms. Ornate gold-and-pearl embellished decorations sit at the base. Concrete buildings with windows are behind.
