A photograph of a seated man in orange saffron robes with long dark wavy hair and a small red tilak on his forehead, eyes lowered, palms pressed together in front of him. A rudraksha mala hangs across his chest. He sits on a low wooden seat on a white lace-covered mat. In front of him is a green banana leaf holding a mound of white rice, yellow spiced rice, and a small round pinch of kumkum, with a silver bowl and a steel tumbler nearby. A cloth-covered table and potted plant are in the background. The setting looks like an indoor hall with carpeted floor and a wooden cabinet. The man's appearance with long hair, saffron robes and rudraksha beads matches the page's description of the swami, so this is a probable identification.

A photograph of a row of men seated cross-legged on a floor during a communal meal. Each wears white dhoti-style clothing and an orange shawl over the shoulders. They eat from banana-leaf plates arranged in a line, with brass kalasha-style vessels and small metal cups beside them, and several hold long bamboo sticks upright. Behind them, a few onlookers stand under an open-sided pavilion. The seated men appear to be brahmacharis taking part in an offering or feeding ritual. No individual can be confidently identified as a person from appearance alone, so the central figures are described by role only.

In the foreground, a young man with a shaved head wearing white dhoti-style clothes and an orange shawl sits on the floor, pouring water from a brass vessel with a bamboo stick held over a banana-leaf plate of food. Beside him, a row of similarly dressed men in white and orange shawls sits along the floor before leaf plates and brass pots. A bare-footed older man in white bends over, serving or arranging the plates, and a standing man in white with a rudraksha-style mala watches. Bamboo poles and a construction background are visible behind. No figure with the a person cues of long swept-back hair, crown, saffron ornate robe or ceremonial gold necklace is clearly visible.

Five men sit cross-legged in a row on a concrete courtyard, wearing white dhotis and orange shawls. Each is pouring water from a brass kindi or pot held in the right hand, with a long bamboo stick rising beside them. In front of each lies a green banana leaf with cooked rice, pappadam, vegetables, fruit slices and a small red flower. Men on the left and centre show sacred ash marks; the man on the far left wears a rudraksha mala. Behind them are a whitewashed building, a low wall and green shrubs. This is a Maheshwara Pooja offering of food to ascetic ordained brahmacharis, shown in a photograph.

Several seated men in a hall sit in a row on mats, hands pressed in anjali or holding small books, while banana leaf plates with food and small paper cups lie before them. Those on the left wear white dhotis with gold borders and bare upper bodies, with rudraksha malas and forehead markings. Those on the right wear saffron-orange robes and rudraksha malas, one with a white book in hand. Framed portraits and chairs are visible in the background, and a large throne-like seat stands at the top right. Visible people: about eight.
