Outdoors on a paved path in hazy morning light, a young child in an orange saffron garment wrapped around the body plays a gold-coloured brass horn held to the mouth. To the left, a second child in a patterned khaki-green top holds a white drum. Behind them, a line of people in orange clothing walks along the path beside a long wall of corrugated orange panels with white posts, with trees fading into the bright haze. The scene suggests a marching-band or procession moment, though no event name is visible.
