A festive outdoor scene where a smiling man in a dark grey t-shirt and grey trousers, stick raised, is splashed with a spray of yellow liquid while swinging a long wooden stick at a suspended pot. A woman in red athletic wear on the left holds a brass pot, and a figure in orange robes on the right is spraying yellow water. A crowd of onlookers, many in white and orange, watches along a line on the left. Behind, a richly decorated throne covered with a red cloth and garlanded with yellow flowers stands at the back, with a figure in white and red seated on it. A red pole and a grey brick wall with a red, yellow and white prayer-flag banner frame the scene.
