A photograph of a serving line in a bright indoor hall with a suspended ceiling and fluorescent lights. Three men in the foreground stand at a steel food counter in rust-red and saffron robes, with white hairnets and clear plastic gloves; one wears an orange shawl over a bare shoulder and another has a dark shawl. A woman in a cream sari and white gloves serves from steel trays. Behind them a cameraman films, a woman in a white top and a white-clad attendant watch, and a red and white bow-decorated stand is at right. Several steel serving pans and a bowl of food are on the counter.
