Outdoor photo on a barren, stony high-altitude plain with a white SUV parked behind a seated group. A large crowd sits on the ground in cold-weather gear: many wear bright blue and black padded jackets, knit beanies and caps, and red or orange scarves. In the foreground, a person in a bright orange jacket sits in a folding camp chair holding a tall silver ceremonial staff with a finial. Another person in orange stands at the left edge holding a staff. A man in a dark hooded jacket and checked scarf sits near the centre, and several seated people wear orange or maroon shawls. No one in the frame is clearly identifiable as a specific person from appearance alone; the scene reads as a group gathering with a leader in front.
