Outdoor view of a wide dirt-paved avenue at a large event campus, lined on the right by a row of raised pink-and-white framed poster boards on wooden poles, with small flowering shrubs in concrete planters. On the left, a partial blue-and-white tented pavilion with a purple screen wall stands beside an unfinished concrete building with exposed rebar. Two women walk along the path: one in a white sari on the left and another in a pink sari in the middle distance. Several more people are visible farther down near a white multi-storey building with a blue vehicle parked beside it. Large hoardings with red and blue banners are mounted on the buildings.
