Outdoor flag-hoisting ceremony in front of a white multi-storey building with balconies, where a sign partly reads NITHYANAND. A woman in a red sari with a white flower garland stands at a tall white-and-red flagpole, looking up as an orange flag rises. A man in an orange shawl with palms pressed together and a man in an orange robe stand near the pole, while men in white shirts and white dhotis, and a woman in pink holding a flower plate, gather on the grass. Several people watch from the balconies above. Green lawn and red-leaved shrubs surround the pole base decorated with petals.
