Outdoor photo of a group cutting vegetables on a large round metal tray placed on a pink floral cloth. A man in the centre wears a rust-brown dhoti and shawl with gold borders, bare-chested with a gold necklace, and is slicing green beans with a knife while smiling and crouching by a low concrete platform. Around him, women in white hairnets and orange-red robes sit beside him, chopping; a woman at the right in a pink top and white hairnet also works over the tray. Behind them, many children in orange and saffron outfits crowd together, some with shaved heads and some wearing beaded necklaces, watching the work. Chopped green beans and sliced carrots fill the tray.
