A photograph of a seated group of devotees outdoors on bare red earth in front of an unfinished steel-framed structure with exposed roof trusses. Rows of white plastic chairs face the camera. Most people wear white kurtas or shirts and white trousers, with red shawls or scarves draped over the shoulders of several, and some wear red-and-white lanyards. A young man in a yellow t-shirt and white trousers sits in the front right. Stacked concrete blocks, earth mounds and building debris lie behind them under an overcast sky with distant trees.
