Night photograph of an outdoor flag-hoisting at a dark open site. A tall white flagpole rises at centre with a red cord and red flag at the top. On the right, a figure in an orange-red robe and a white and red flower garland raises the cord with one arm, face tilted upward. Around the pole, several men and women stand close, some in checked shirts, white shirts and lungis, a few with hands pressed together in prayer. Bright lights and a white vehicle frame glow behind the crowd. The top-left corner shows a blue logo with a white bird.
