A crowded indoor hall decorated with colourful balloons in white, blue, green, yellow, orange and pink, streamers and striped painted pillars overhead. A dense crowd of children and young men fills the foreground, several smiling and gesturing; one boy on the left wears a red-and-white striped top, and a young man in white with a beaded necklace stands near the centre. Large framed portraits hang on the back wall, and a few people in white and saffron clothing stand in the background. The scene looks like a children's celebration with lively, informal movement.
