A photograph of children at an indoor event in a hall decorated with colourful balloons in white, blue, pink, orange and green, red and blue streamers, and hanging woven or striped banners. Children in white and mixed-colour clothes dance and play on a striped rainbow mat, while a woman in a white top and orange shawl and another in a white dress stand among them with raised hands. Several children in white kurtas and shorts watch from the left and back, and a figure in a white robe stands near the doorway. Pictures on the far wall show decorated figures. Scattered confetti covers the floor. No identifiable a person appearance is visible, so the event is recorded as a children's programme without a named leader.
