Inside an arched shrine, a large gilded ornate throne stands draped with a striped tiger-skin cloth and flanked by carved lion-like guardians. Above it hangs a framed portrait labelled "PARAMAHAMSA NITHYANANDA" showing a smiling man in an orange-yellow turban and orange-yellow robe with a red forehead dot. Colourful pompom and tassel hangings in pink, orange, yellow and blue dangle from the arch, and kneeling devotees in maroon robes sit before the throne at the lower edge of the frame.
