A photograph of a ritual offering setup on a colourful striped woven mat in a dim interior. Dozens of small brass bowls are arranged in a large triangular pattern filled with grains, seeds, dried leaves, powders and small stones, with a red-powder bowl at the lower left. Trays of dried twigs, white shell-like pieces and yellow grains sit at the left edge, and a wooden stand holds metal vessels and a brass lamp. A figure in orange robes is seated behind the arrangement, with a white-clothed person partly visible at the top left. A rock wall glows warm at the left, and a small clear-glass lamp sits on the floor. Such arrangements suggest a homa or tharpanam offering.

Scattered white grains and petals lie on the cloth. To the right is a striped multicoloured textile, and at the upper left a silver vessel sits against a yellow wall. A brown wooden block with a red and white striped cloth edge is at the left. No people are visible.

The plate rests on a striped pink, green and purple cloth, with a white cushion blurred at the top. No people are visible. This is the sacred offering mix prepared for a homa fire ritual.

A close photograph of a large round metal tray on a red cloth, holding many small leaf-bowls filled with dried herbs and plant material. Bowls contain shredded green leaves, thin twigs and stems, a bundle of dried bark strips, pale yellow-cream slices, dried seed pods or nuts, and small round dried fruits. Large dried leaves rest at the edges. No people are visible; the arrangement looks like a set of prepared herbal ingredients laid out on the tray.
