A large outdoor shrine-like structure with a tall dark grey dome-shaped top rises above a decorated base. Several people stand on a multi-level scaffold or stepped platform at the left, wearing light clothing, and a blue and white striped structure sits beside them. Yellow and green banners or cloth hang from the lower sections. The sky above is bright blue and the scene appears to be a Himalayan or yatra-related installation.
