A wide photograph inside a large fabric-roofed event tent with grey draped valances and exposed metal truss supports. Rows of seated attendees fill the hall: many sit on red plastic chairs on the left and white plastic chairs on the right, with the audience facing a distant stage at the far end. Several people in white kurtas and light clothing sit in the foreground, and a man in an orange top sits near the centre. Ceiling fans and lights hang from the frame. Far in the background, a small stage area with a table and a few seated figures can be seen.

At the front left, a red carpet edges the stage area, and cameras and a cameraman are visible toward the back. The audience faces a stage that is not shown in the frame.
