A large printed portrait of a man with long dark hair, a white head wrap and a red tilak on his forehead, with white garments edged in red, occupies the left side. A handwritten paper notice in the lower right gives a name and address in Tamil. The banner is printed, so the figure is a depiction, and appearance cues (long swept hair, white head wrap, red tilak, white garment with red edging) are consistent with the a person but the portrait is not clearly identifiable, so the status is unsure.2005-07-092006-HEALING-AND-SERVICES-IN-TAMILNADU +1 copiesPhoto 11717500 +1 copiesA roadside billboard photographed outdoors against a dusty ground and a grey wall.
