A photograph of a grey concrete-block building under construction, with a stepped, pyramid-like profile and a tiered upper section. Bamboo scaffolding lashed with rope is set against its front walls. Several workers in light shirts and a blue shirt stand on the upper scaffolding and wall tops, while a woman in a green sari with a white head covering and a small child stand at ground level among wild grass and pink flowers. Decorative lattice openings are visible in the walls and the building is set against an overcast sky.
