Outdoor photograph of a partly built concrete block structure under an overcast grey sky with birds in flight. Bamboo scaffolding is lashed to the left side, where two workers stand on a stepped block wall near the top. Windows are open in the long low walls, and a figure in a green sari stands at the bottom left beside a small child. Dirt and grass lie at the base, with bare trees beyond. The building appears to be under construction, with no visible ritual activity.
