A golden deity murti of the goddess Visalakshi is seated on a gold throne (peetha) in a decorated shrine. The goddess wears a blue and pink silk sari, gold necklaces and a tall dark crown with gold ornaments, and her right hand is raised in abhaya mudra. She is framed by a large arch of marigold-style garlands in pink, white, yellow, red and green, with a brass kalasha beside her. Smaller painted and dressed figures stand at the sides and the base, and a brass oil lamp (deepa) stands at the lower left. A red and gold cloth hangs across the base. A printed photograph of temple architecture forms the backdrop.
