A photograph taken indoors on a tiled floor. A person in a black short-sleeved top and black pants kneels low with the forehead pressed toward the floor and hands folded beneath, in a prostration-like posture. Behind them stands a cream three-drawer shoe cabinet, with a grey storage stool to the left and a framed black-and-white print reading IF NOT NOW, WHEN? mounted on the wall above the cabinet. No deity murti, kalasha, or a person depiction is visible.

A single person sits on a green yoga mat in a forward-folding pose, torso bent low over folded legs with arms wrapped behind the back and head bowed near the floor. The person wears a black long-sleeved top and black leggings with bare feet. Behind them stands a cream two-door shoe cabinet against a white wall, with a black-and-white framed poster reading IF NOT NOW, WHEN? above it and a small grey bench to the left. The setting looks like a plain home or studio space rather than a temple, and no deity, altar or a person depiction is visible.2024-02-10A photograph of a woman in a black top and black trousers performing a seated forward bend on a black yoga mat laid over a red and gold patterned mat. Her hair is tied in a bun, and her hands are clasped around her feet as she leans forward. His hands are clasped together in front of his feet, and a thin brown beaded bracelet and a gold bangle are visible on his wrist. Behind him, the edge of another blue mat and a patterned cloth are partly visible. No face is clearly shown and the pose is a forward bend, consistent with a yoga session.2009-12-14Photo 11741491A man in a black short-sleeved t-shirt and black trousers performs a seated wide-legged forward stretch on a red yoga mat over a cream tiled floor. His head is lowered toward the mat and his hands rest flat in front of him. A wristwatch is visible on his left wrist, and two metal dumbbells sit at the lower left edge of the frame. No deity, throne, or ritual objects are present, and the person's appearance does not clearly match the candidate described on the page, so this is an ordinary yoga practice scene.2013-11-05November 05 20132013-11-05Nithya kriya: Care For HerniaJuly 26 20172017-07-26March 13 20132013-03-13
