A man with a shaved head, wearing a white kurta and white trousers, sits folded forward in a seated yoga stretch on a blue yoga mat over a grey floor. His hands are clasped together in front of his feet, and a thin brown beaded bracelet and a gold bangle are visible on his wrist. Behind him, the edge of another blue mat and a patterned cloth are partly visible. No face is clearly shown and the pose is a forward bend, consistent with a yoga session.

A woman in black fitted top and black leggings performs a standing balance yoga posture on a dark mat over a red patterned rug, one leg lifted and held behind her with one hand while the other arm extends forward. Behind her is a gold-draped altar table holding small framed pictures, brass or gold deity murtis and a small lamp. Above the altar a large painted portrait shows a figure in ornate gold jewellery and red-brown robes. The setting appears to be an indoor room with cabinets and a window blind.

A group yoga session on a glossy white tiled floor. Several participants sit on striped and plain yoga mats performing a seated forward bend, heads lowered toward their legs and hands holding their feet. Most wear black or dark clothing; one in the foreground wears a grey t-shirt with dark trousers. No one in the image is identifiable as a person; all visible people are yoga practitioners. A water bottle and a small item sit at the lower right edge.
