Brass bowls hold heaps of coloured powders in red, orange and yellow, alongside whole almonds, a pale spherical dough or sweet, and a dark green rounded object. Plates of sweets include golden-yellow pieces, round brown laddus, crisp orange strands, a square of pale cake and spiced puffed-rice bars. Fresh white flowers sit at the lower left edge. No people are visible; the setting appears to be an outdoor puja or homa offering table with palm fronds behind it.
