A photograph of a devotional gathering in a living room with red carpet and cream walls. In the foreground at right, a shaved-headed man in an orange robe with a gold-beaded necklace holds a lit oil lamp toward a seated woman in a green sari with gold border, who presses her palms together. Across the floor, seated devotees in white, red and green saris and white kurtas sit with folded hands, facing a framed picture of a deity and a small metal figure. Yellow and pink flowers and brass bowls sit on a cloth in front, and a few people stand or sit in the background near a sofa. The scene resembles aarti in a home gathering.
