Annadhan in 20142014-01-01 +1 copiesA small outdoor scene at what appears to be a temple or ashram. In the foreground, an older man with white hair and a white beard, wearing a white garment, kneels or bends over a flowering plant in a pot, handling it with both hands. Behind him, a man in orange clothing stands next to a tall tree trunk wrapped with cloth. Other people in light and orange clothing are visible in the background among greenery. The scene suggests a ritual or gardening activity with a potted plant near a tree. The image is small and low resolution.2010-10-01Annadhan in 20142014-01-01 +2 copiesAnnadhan in 20142014-01-01 +1 copiesA photograph of an indoor ceremony at a community hall. A young man in saffron-orange robes with long swept-back hair sits on a raised seat decorated with flower garlands, while a woman in a dark blue sari bends forward to touch his feet in padapuja. Nearby, women in pink, purple and red saris and a man in a white shirt and dark trousers stand watching, and a standing man in a white shirt gestures toward the scene. Floral garlands drape the pillars and a pink flower arrangement lies on the floor. The seated figure shows distinctive saffron clothing and long hair, so he is Swamiji (probable), receiving pada puja offered by devotees.June 06 20122012-06-062002 - The SPH enriches the Mudaliar Sangam community in BengaluruPhoto 11741917 +2 copiesKailasa Paramparagatha Atal PeethamAnnadhan in 20142014-01-01 +2 copiesA photograph inside a temple hall with blue-and-cream painted walls and a framed deity picture on the upper right. In the centre, a man in an orange-and-saffron shawl and beads stands facing devotees and holds a small brass vessel or plate, while a shaved-headed priest in orange robes sits in the lower right foreground. Around them, a dense crowd of men in white shirts, dhotis and vests stand with hands folded in anjali, and a few women in saris stand at the right edge. Several people wear rudraksha malas. The scene resembles a satsang or darshan with blessings being given.2012-05-11September 20 20152015-09-20
