A figure in saffron-orange robes and an orange head wrap, seen from behind, stands on a pale paved platform facing a decorated deity murti set in a gilded arched niche with a colourful fringed canopy above. The murti wears an orange garment, a silver crown and a garland of yellow and green flowers. At its base is a stone-encircled Shiva linga draped with yellow marigold garlands. At night outside a temple, a smiling person in saffron-orange robes and a long gold beaded necklace holds a lit oil lamp flame in one hand and a silver bell in the other, performing aarti before a deity murti pair. The deities are dark-faced with gold crowns, flower garlands in yellow and red, and jewelled ornaments. A white-clad priest with a shaved head and white vibhuti tilak stands at left holding a plate of offerings. Gilded arches frame the shrine, and a black signboard in front shows the temple name in Tamil script. Swamiji (probable): the orange robes, long swept-back hair and ornate beaded gold necklace are the cues for the central figure.

A photograph in a temple setting with a golden deity murti on the left, adorned with white, yellow and pink flower garlands, a jewelled crown and green earrings, its hands raised in an anjali-like gesture. On the right stands a man in an orange saffron garment with bare shoulder, long dark swept-back hair and a white tilak on the forehead, smiling and looking toward the deity. Behind him are gilded pillars, floral garlands hanging from a canopy, and a warm yellow wall. Appearance suggests a person with long hair and saffron clothing, standing in devotion before the murti.

At night outdoors beneath dark trees, a man in a rust-orange silk dhoti and matching shawl stands with hands folded at his chest, wearing a red-and-white garland, gold necklaces, gold bangles and a maroon turban with a white feather. Before him stands a large gold-plated deity murti draped in multicolour flower garlands and a white jasmine garland. A small brass oil lamp and offerings sit on a black stone platform in front of the murti, on a red-cloth-covered base. A man in orange silk and gold jewellery performs devotion before the deity murti, with a lit oil lamp at the base.
