A large group of women in orange and saffron saris and salwar kameez sit on mats in a bright hall during a satsang. Many raise their right hands high in the air, palms open, while others sit with hands folded. In the foreground, a woman in an orange sari with a red blouse and a gold-rimmed mala raises her arm, and another in a red-and-orange sari with a red bindi sits nearby. Brass plates, small bowls and cups sit on low tables and trays in front of them, with a metal lamp and offerings at the left. Pink and red curtains and tall windows frame the back of the room, and a few women stand behind the seated rows.

Many wear saffron and orange robes, while women in the foreground wear white saris and white blouses with rudraksha malas. Several have white vibhuti or tilak marks on their foreheads. Behind them are gold deity murtis, red and pink cloth hangings, and brass oil lamps and puja plates on the floor. No single figure can be identified as a person from this view.
