The female figure wears a jeweled crown and red and white garlands. Both are draped in flower garlands of red roses, white jasmine and yellow and purple blooms, with a teal cloth below. In the foreground, a white-draped altar holds a small figure in an orange turban with a garland.2008-10-07A temple shrine photograph showing a metal deity murti of Shiva and Parvati seated together under a gold arched frame against red drapery. Shiva wears a green and orange turban with a crescent crown, rudraksha-style gold necklaces and a white dhoti, and holds a trident and a damaru-like drum. Parvati, beside him, wears a green sari with gold border, layered jewelled necklaces and a dark headdress. Both are garlanded with yellow and purple flower malas. In front, a small figure in white and pink garments with a gold necklace sits on a seat, with brass oil lamps and offering vessels at the base. The figure is a statue or small image rather than a living person, and no clearly identifiable living a person is visible.2010-02-05August 09 20152015-08-09
