A photograph of a dark, aged wooden deity murti standing on a plinth of stacked red bricks on a board, held upright by several men. Three or four men in white dhotis and white shirts surround it, steadying its arms and shoulders; the one at right wears a white shirt with a lanyard and a wristwatch. A faint pale mark is visible on the statue's chest. Behind them is a grey cinder-block wall, and at the right edge a woman in an orange sari with pink and red flower garlands is partly visible. The setting appears to be a temple or ashram hall with a tiled floor. The statue is unadorned and wears no visible jewellery beyond a small earring and bracelets.2013-09-03September 04 20132013-09-04Photograph of a indoor setting with plain grey concrete-block walls.
