A long rudraksha-style mala hangs over his shoulder. Before him, a bald man in dark-rimmed glasses and a white dotted shirt leans in, and another bald man in glasses and an orange robe with a red-beaded mala listens. Behind them, gold-leaf painted panels show deities including an elephant-headed figure on a mount and a goddess on a lion. A golden lion-headed carving sits on the lower dais, and a silver staff rests at left. Partially visible heads of other seated attendees are at the bottom edge of the frame.2016-04-26Indoor photo of a seated man in an orange-brown dhoti and shawl, wearing a pink and white flower garland and a rudraksha mala, with white ash markings on his forehead. Behind, a standing attendant in saffron-orange robe and beaded mala watches. Golden lion statues and a gilded throne-like seat stand in a marble-walled hall; several elderly people sit at the left edge.2012-05-17
