He wears a rudraksha mala with a long strand, a gold necklace, bead bracelets and a red tilak on his forehead, smiling as he rests his hands on the armrests. Beside the throne a young boy in a maroon sleeveless kurta with yellow trim sits on the stage holding an open book. He wears a rust-orange turban, orange-saffron robes with yellow edging, a rudraksha-style bead necklace and gold armbands, and his right hand rests on a red tiger-striped armrest. Long, swept-back hair and the distinctive ornaments are visible; the figure's identity is appearance-based and probable. Before the throne, a man in white clothes kneels and bows with folded hands toward the seated figure's feet, which rest on a silver pedestal. A second man in saffron robes and a rudraksha mala kneels beside them. The throne is draped with marigold and white garlands, a red and gold cloth backdrop, a standing fan, and fruit on a tray at right.2008-07-17A seated man in orange-saffron robes and a matching saffron turban sits on an ornate gold throne with a carved arched backrest and lion-head armrests, upholstered in red and zebra-print cushions. He wears a rudraksha mala and a long garland of white and pink flowers, smiling, with his hands resting on the armrests. Behind him hangs a pale cream silk drape. The throne and attire suggest a ceremonial seat, but the appearance is not enough to confirm an identity, so the figure is described by role as a seated devotee-host on a throne.2014-07-05October 15 20132013-10-15Photo of a ceremonial stage with two ornate gold thrones with red cushions, each flanked by golden lion figures. On the left, a smiling man in saffron-orange robes with a white and red flower garland sits with hands clasped; on the right, a man in brown-orange robes with a white and red garland and a gold crown sits beside a microphone stand. Between them, a seated figure in orange robes gestures with a raised hand near a golden throne. Behind them, large painted deity guardian figures with multiple arms, red-orange skin, crowns and red garlands hold weapons against a turquoise and pink temple backdrop with green festoons. A gold bowl sits on the floor in front and a patterned carpet covers the platform.2012-04-27November 06 20132013-11-06February 11 20122012-02-11
