A central man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl wears a gold necklace, a patterned cloth turban with a crescent ornament, and a red and white tilak; he walks with hands folded along a striped runner. Behind him a shirtless man in orange garments holds a pink and white decorated kalasha with a green leaf bouquet, and several men in orange and maroon dhotis with white tilak and bead malas walk alongside. On the right, women in white saris and orange garments stand with palms pressed together in namaste, some wearing rudraksha malas and forehead markings.

A bearded man in a rust-red sannyasi robe with a long rudraksha-style mala and a white-and-pink flower garland stands centrally, gazing upward. Behind him an attendant in an orange cloth holds a large multicoloured parasol-style umbrella on a yellow pole. Another attendant in orange, with a long black braid and bare chest, holds a silver bowl, and a woman in a maroon sari with gold jewellery stands at right. Men in white dhotis stand in the background, and a cameraman in white with a camera on a tripod is at left. a person: the central figure has a bearded face, long swept-back hair and a garland, and is the person being honoured, though this is an appearance-based label.
