He wears a rust-red turban with a silver crescent and a gold ornament at the front, a red-orange robe with a gold-bordered sash, a red-and-white multi-strand flower garland, a gold chain and gold armbands and bangles. A silver staff with ornate carvings leans against the chair beside him. Probable Swamiji: the distinctive turban with crescent ornament, layered ceremonial garlands and ornate gold jewellery match the presentation for Paramahamsa Nithyananda, seated in a ceremonial setting.2014-12-05A seated man in an orange-saffron robe, draped over one shoulder, sits before an ornate gold repoussé throne back with red velvet armrests. He wears long swept-back dark hair, a white vertical tilak with a red bindi, gold hoop earrings, and a headset microphone. He has a gold chain with a gold-bead and rudraksha-style mala, and wears a fresh garland of pink and yellow flowers with silver-white blossoms. He raises both palms in an open gesture while speaking and smiling.2013-03-06
