Behind him on the left stands a golden ornate arched frame around a dark deity murti adorned with jewelry. Seated devotees in white clothing and orange-red lanyards sit in the background, some with hands folded in namaste, and a woman in maroon with white forehead markings sits on the right. A red cushioned seat and a small digital device sit on the left, with striped mats on the stage floor.2013-03-31Evening outdoor ceremony with a standing man in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, long dark hair swept back, rudraksha-style beaded and gold necklaces, and a silver plate in one hand. Seated devotees in orange robes with folded hands sit before him, one woman in red sari with white tilak attends at left. A red and gold throne stands at left and a gilded shrine with a deity murti of two figures in red and gold is at right. A bare-footed man in a rust-red shawl and a gold-bordered rust-brown dhoti stands in front of a red pillar, palms pressed together at his chest in namaste, with a small red tilak on his forehead and dark hair tied back. Behind him, about a dozen devotees stand barefoot on mats and cloths, most with hands folded in prayer. Women wear white kurtas and white saris, one in an orange kurta, another in a grey hooded top and black trousers. Plastic water bottles sit on the ground. The appearance of the central figure is not confidently matched to a person, so the figure is described by role as a devotee or sannyasi in prayer.2013-11-07A man with long dark hair sits cross-legged on an ornate gold-and-red throne (peetha) with a gilded canopy overhead. He wears an orange saffron shawl over his shoulders and bare chest, a red-and-maroon border, a tall rudraksha mala, and a red bindi on his forehead, with eyes closed and hands resting in his lap. Swamiji (probable): the saffron clothing, long hair and rudraksha mala are the qualifying cues, and he is seated in the central role on the throne. Two people in white garments sit facing him from the lower left and right, and a bald man in white is at the far left edge. In front of the throne are a gold-leaf decorated platform with pink flowers, incense sticks and offerings. Brass oil lamps with lit flames stand on both sides, and a large painted backdrop shows a deity in red and gold.2011-02-02March 31 20132013-03-31August 12 20162016-08-12November 23 20172017-11-23April 01 20162016-04-01 +1 copies
