A photograph of a single person standing barefoot on bare earth beside a large banyan tree with many aerial roots. The person wears a saffron-orange robe, a long white, green and red flower garland hangs from the neck to the knees, and bangles or beaded wrist ornaments are visible on the right wrist. The person leans forward with the forehead resting against the trunk in a reverent pose. A white painted triangle is on the ground at lower left, and a faint circular logo appears at the bottom left corner. Sunlight and tree shadows fall across the scene.2006-12-29March 13 20132013-03-13April 21 20122012-04-21A photograph of a long-haired figure in a flowing saffron-orange robe standing barefoot on a white-walled circular platform, leaning with one hand against the thick trunk of a large banyan tree with many aerial roots. A garland of yellow and purple flowers hangs on the trunk at left. Dry dirt ground and a white boundary wall are visible behind, with a small grey pole and a palm tree in the background. The figure has long dark hair and a thin gold necklace; the saffron robe and long hair are the appearance cues, and the page names Swamiji at this event but the face is not used. Swamiji (probable) in the sense of an appearance-based candidate with multiple cues: long swept hair, saffron clothing and a gold necklace.2010-02-12A barefoot man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, with a long rudraksha mala around his neck, stands on a dark polished stone platform beside a huge old banyan tree with thick aerial roots and spreading branches. Sandy ground and a low stone plinth surround the tree, and a small shrine opening is visible at its base. The man's hair is long and dark, and he gestures with one hand as if speaking.2011-09-02Photo 117264002012-04-27 +1 copiesApril 21 20122012-04-21A photograph of a man standing barefoot on a low stone platform, leaning his head and shoulder against the trunk of a large banyan tree with thick aerial roots.
