A man seated in an orange-saffron silk shawl draped over his bare shoulder, wearing a long strand of dark rudraksha beads across his chest and a red tilak on his forehead, looks down reading a small white card held in both hands. Behind him a brass oil lamp with a lit flame and a red-patterned cushion suggest a ritual setting. He has long dark hair tied back.
