A seated man in a rust-red dhoti and shawl, wearing a long orange-gold beaded mala and a white and red forehead mark, sits on an ornate gold throne with lion-head arms and a tiger-striped cushion. Hanging brass oil lamps and a red-lit backdrop frame the scene. Three women attend in front: one in white with white body markings holds offerings, and two in red and orange saris sit with their backs to the camera, one holding a white flower offering. The seated man is an appearance-based probable Swamiji candidate with long swept-back hair, a long ornate mala and rust-red robes seated on a gold throne, so the figure is marked probable and presence is treated as in person. Gold-painted decorations and flower offerings sit at the base of the throne.2013-04-08March 20 20132013-03-20A man in a rust-orange robe with a gold-bordered cloth and a long mala of golden beads and rudraksha sits on an ornate gold throne with carved lion-head arms, draped with a striped tiger-print cloth, in a hall with hanging brass oil lamps. A red-brown bindi marks his forehead and he wears bangles. Seated on the floor before the throne are a shaved-headed priest in orange robes with white sacred marks on his arm and three women in saris, one in pink and red, tending offerings on a gold pedestal. Behind the throne is a dark stone wall with rows of small bead strands.2013-05-04March 23 20132013-03-23March 17 20132013-03-17A seated man on an ornate gilded throne with a tiger-skin cushion, wearing a rust-red robe over one shoulder, a long rudraksha mala and a gold-toned necklace, with a red-and-gold patterned wrap. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure has long swept-back hair, rudraksha and ceremonial gold necklaces, and saffron-toned clothing, consistent with the satsang setting. Four women in orange and red saris sit on the floor before the throne, and an older woman in a blue top sits to the left. Brass oil lamps hang from chains above, and a patterned red mat lies on the floor.2013-03-17A seated man in a dark red-maroon dress sits on an ornate gold throne with a tall, carved gilded backrest and crowned top, draped with a zebra-striped cloth and cushions. He wears a dense beaded rudraksha-style mala garland, bangles and a small forehead mark, and has long swept-back hair; the appearance is consistent with the Swamiji (probable) cues of long hair, mala garlands and ceremonial dress, presented as the seated central figure. To the left, a shaved-headed priest in saffron-orange robes with a sacred thread pours or holds a flame at a brass lamp near a small pooja setup with brass oil lamps; a microphone stands in front. Hanging brass lamps and rows of small lights decorate the dark backdrop of a temple-style hall with a patterned red carpet.2013-03-30March 17 20132013-03-17May 19 20132013-05-19February 25 20132013-02-25 +1 copiesMay 15 20132013-05-15April 09 20132013-04-09 +2 copies
