January 20 20132013-01-20April 04 20132013-04-04 +1 copiesA photograph of a ritual blessing inside a hall with white walls and a ceiling fan. A shaved-headed man in white dhoti and shirt, wearing a rudraksha-style wrist band and a lanyard, stands with palms pressed together while a saffron-robed figure places a hand on his forehead. The robed figure wears a white garland of flowers, layered rudraksha and gold necklaces, bangles and a white tilak, and holds a folded paper. Beside him, another saffron-robed man with a rudraksha mala gestures toward a brass vessel on an orange cloth. Onlookers in white and orange stand behind, and a young boy in an orange shirt watches. The robed figure has distinctive garland and necklace cues, so he is a person.2012-09-12September 16 20122012-09-16A photograph of a temple or ashram hall during darshan. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes and a long rudraksha mala stands at centre, reaching out a hand to bless a man in white kurta with a tilak. Behind him a bare-headed man in white dhoti with a gold necklace and tilak stands beside a silver tray holding gold items. To the left, a man in white shirt with a tilak and folded hands, a man in white kurta with hands joined in prayer, and several children with palms pressed together stand before colourful hanging tassels and a decorated deity murti. The setting is a pink-walled hall with a speaker on the wall.2010-10-13February 03 20132013-02-03A photograph of a ceremony in a temple-style hall. A bare-chested man in an orange-saffron shawl and multiple gold necklaces with a gold armlet stands at right, holding a sheet of white paper and placing his right hand on the head of a seated man in a white-and-blue checked shirt at left. Two others stand behind with hands clasped in devotion: a man in a white kurta and a man in a white shirt. Behind them is a gold-decorated throne with a red cushion, gold lamps and brass kalasha-style vessels, and a gilded deity murti at upper right. Probable Swamiji cues: long swept-back hair, saffron shawl, ornate gold necklaces and armlet, shown in the blessing role.2013-06-26November 14 20102010-11-14A photograph of a satsang blessing in a decorated hall. A bare-chested man with long swept-back dark hair, a rudraksha mala and a maroon-red wrap sits on the left, his hand raised over the head of a young boy in an orange kurta with a rudraksha mala who presses his palms together. Behind them, a young woman in a white top with a red-orange shawl and a man in white with a red shawl stand with hands folded. Ornate gold garlands and deity murti decorations are visible in the background, along with green foliage. The man's appearance with long hair, rudraksha and a wrap is consistent with the page's claim, so he is described as a probable Swamiji, giving the blessing.2014-12-24March 30 20132013-03-30July 13 20132013-07-13October 20 20132013-10-20 +1 copies
