A long-haired man in orange robes, multiple beaded necklaces and a gold chain, with a white tripundra mark on his forehead, smiles and places his hand on the head of a seated devotee in white shirt who has his palms pressed together. Beside him a shaved-headed man in pink-and-gold shawl and red beaded mala holds an ornate gold ceremonial staff on an orange cloth tray. Several devotees with folded hands stand behind. Appearance-based label: a person, as the long-haired figure in orange with multiple malas and gold necklace is the candidate, the one blessing a devotee, with the bald man as an attendant holding a ceremonial staff.2012-09-19February 12 20132013-02-12A photograph of a seated man with long dark hair, wearing an orange saffron robe with rudraksha beads, seated on a white-draped throne-like chair in front of deep red velvet drapes. A kneeling older man in a white shirt and white dhoti, with a rudraksha mala, presses his palm to the seated man's forehead. A golden oil lamp stands beside them and a potted palm is at left. Another person in orange robes sits at the far left edge. The seated man's long hair, orange robe and rudraksha beads match the probable Swamiji cues, so this is a probable Swamiji in the scene, shown receiving a forehead blessing.2008-01-25
