A photograph of a seated figure in an orange sleeveless top and orange wrap with long dark hair tied back, placing both hands on the crown of a shaved-headed devotee in white kurta and pants who kneels with palms joined in namaskar. Behind the seated figure is an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions and red-and-white striped bolsters, and an attendant in orange robes with a rudraksha mala stands at left beside flower arrangements. The setting is a decorated hall with woven mats, orange draping and garlands, consistent with a blessing or darshan moment.2008-10-11A seated man in a rust-red robe and layered rudraksha malas rests a hand on the head of a kneeling bare-chested man in a white dhoti, who has sacred ash on his body. Two attendants in orange garments and leopard-print headbands stand beside them; one holds a thin white thread above the kneeling man's head, and the other rests a hand on his back. The seated man wears a gold chain, a gold pendant with an om symbol, and rings, and sits on an ornate silver-and-red throne. Behind them are a gold carved wall, a colourful striped canopy and a golden lion-like carving. The seated man appears to be a person based on his rudraksha malas, ornate gold jewellery and red-and-gold robe, and is seated on a throne in a ritual blessing.2017-12-17February 08 20132013-02-08December 28 20082008-12-28 +1 copiesA photograph of a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red velvet cushions, dressed in an orange robe with maroon triangular border and a rudraksha mala with ceremonial beads.
