A man with long dark hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gold throne carved with lion heads, upholstered in deep burgundy velvet. He wears a saffron-red robe draped over his shoulders and a thick rudraksha mala with a gold clasp, plus beaded red-brown bracelets. He holds a white fly-whisk type staff across his lap and smiles toward the viewer. Behind him are painted orange and red temple-style pillars and red drapes. Swamiji (probable): the long hair, saffron robe, rudraksha mala and throne cues match the page's reference to Swamiji, so this figure is identified only on that basis. Ritual setting in an ashram hall.2012-04-05October 07 20122012-10-07February 17 20132013-02-17February 17 20132013-02-17February 17 20132013-02-17April 14 20122012-04-14January 25 20132013-01-25February 17 20132013-02-17A seated man with long dark hair, a short beard and a red tilak on his forehead sits on an ornate gold throne carved with lions and sunburst-style motifs. He wears a saffron-orange cloth draped over his shoulders and a heavy gold beaded necklace with a large gold pendant. His eyes are closed and his hands are folded in his lap. Gold lion figures flank the throne, which has leopard-print cushions. The scene is a photograph of a single person in a seated devotional pose.2017-09-21 +1 copiesDecember 23 20092009-12-23February 17 20132013-02-17A man with swept-back dark hair and a red bindi sits on an ornate gold-and-brown throne with lion-head armrests, wearing an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl, multiple rudraksha malas with gold beads, and a gold pendant necklace. His right hand rests on the armrest and his left arm rests on the other. Behind him, a seated audience in saffron, orange and white clothing fills the hall, and an orange-draped table with offerings stands at the right edge. The appearance matches the Swamiji (probable) cues of swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha malas, and the page indicates he is present at this event. Partially visible audience members occupy the foreground and background.2015-12-24
