Most wear saffron-orange or deep red robes, some bare-chested, with shaved or short hair. Brass plates, small brass bowls and lamps sit on silver trays before them, with a checkered red and white mat holding puja items. A boy in red in the foreground rests his chin on his hand, while older men in orange sit at left. Framed photographs hang on the walls above the room, and a few people in orange sit at the far rear.2013-12-10February 03 20142014-02-03A large hall where many young boys and some adult men in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged on mats for a puja ritual. Many boys wear red and orange robes, and several have white ash or tilak painted on their foreheads and arms. Brass ritual vessels, small bells, plates of offerings and a kalasha-like pot sit on silver trays in front of them. A man on the right in orange with a rudraksha mala and white ash across his head sits with hands folded. Two men in white sit on chairs at the far back, with a red carpet and rows of red chairs in the background, and framed pictures decorate the walls.2013-12-07Photo 11738080A group of young boys and several adult men in saffron-orange robes sit on the floor of a white-tiled hall performing a puja.
