Several have white vertical tilak marks on their foreheads and wooden rudraksha mala beads around their necks. Some wear orange dhotis and others wear plain white dhotis with gold borders. Brass lamps and offering bowls sit in front of them, and a small brass vessel is visible at the lower right. Behind them, adults in white and red clothing also take part, and red-cushioned seating is visible in the background. The image shows a group ritual chanting or puja in an indoor hall.

Several young sannyasi-style disciples sit cross-legged in orange robes with red borders, wearing rudraksha malas across their chests, with white and red tilaka marks on their foreheads. Their eyes are closed and mouths are open as they chant. Behind them, other orange-clad devotees and an older man in a saffron-toned shawl with a white forehead mark sit in a bright hall with red curtains and wall-mounted air conditioners, while a woman in a dark outfit sits at the back. The disciples' hands rest palm-up on their knees in a ritual posture.
