Several young shaved-headed boys in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls sit cross-legged on the floor performing a puja, with white urdhva-pundra tilak marks on their foreheads and sandalwood-style markings on their arms. Some wear rudraksha malas; two hold ritual items, one with folded hands. In front on a low table are brass bells, a small brass lamp, a conch, flower petals, fruit, and offering plates. Behind them stand adult priests in orange robes and a red curtain with a gold ornate panel and a red-cushioned seat. Eyes are closed in chanting and devotion.

Young boys in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged on the floor performing a ritual at a puja setup. The foreground boy wears thick-framed glasses, a rudraksha mala, a red bindi and white sacred ash lines on his forehead, and he holds a small object with both hands above a brass vessel and offerings of flowers. Beside him another boy in orange robes with white forehead markings looks down at pink and yellow flower petals on a tray. Several more similarly dressed boys sit behind them in a hall, some with white tilak marks. Brass lamps and a small platform with offerings are visible in the lower foreground.

A group of young boys seated on a tiled floor during a devotional ritual, dressed in saffron-orange robes with rudraksha malas around their necks and white sacred ash lines across their foreheads. The boy in the foreground has his hands pressed in anjali, while others sit with hands folded or raised. Brass kalashas, brass lamps, small brass bowls and plates stand on silver-toned platforms in front. Some boys wear red robes, and the scene suggests a kalpataru-darshan style satsang or puja.

A group of young boys with shaved heads and white vertical tilak marks on their foreheads sit cross-legged in a temple hall, wearing saffron-orange robes with maroon and gold borders. Several wear rudraksha mala necklaces. Brass puja vessels, a small brass lamp, a shallow brass plate with offerings and a conch-like shell rest on a cloth in front of them. Behind them, other people in white and orange clothing are seated, and a standing figure in white appears at the upper left. The boys look attentively forward during a ritual or satsang.

A row of young saffron-robed monks sits cross-legged along a long low table during a ritual. The foreground boy, with a shaved head and white vertical tilak on his forehead, wears an orange robe, red-trimmed shawl and a dark rudraksha-style bead mala, and holds a brass kalasha-like vessel in one hand and a brass bell in the other. Behind him, other boys in orange robes with white forehead markings sit with their hands clasped or resting on laps. Brass oil lamps with lit wicks, brass bowls, white flowers and small offerings are arranged on the table in front. Red-curtained windows and a white wall form the background. The scene appears to be a puja or abhishekam-style ritual performed by young sannyasi students.

A group of young boys and novices in saffron-orange robes sit cross-legged in a hall, eyes closed and mouths open as if chanting or singing together. Many have white horizontal tilak lines across their foreheads and wear rudraksha malas around their necks; the front boy in the centre also has a red bindi. Some have their hands folded in prayer, and small brass plates and offering dishes sit on a silver tray in front of them. Behind them, adult devotees in white and orange clothing sit and stand in the background. No identifiable a person figure is visible in the frame.

A photograph of a seated group of young boys in saffron-orange robes, many wearing rudraksha malas and white tilak or vibhuti marks on their foreheads, sitting in a meditative or chanting posture in a hall. In the foreground, a bespectacled boy with a shaved head and a younger boy with his eyes closed sit with hands resting on their laps, while brass puja vessels and a small brass deity figure sit in the lower left. Other seated youths in orange robes and white head bands fill the background, with a few people in white attire visible at the edges.
